Bloom-Geisinger (Jerry Rossman & Larry Ney, Chairs) The new hanging space, located in the 2nd hallway perpendicular to our typical venue, is now available! This space is being offered to members as an open co-opp for now. If a member utilizes this space and decides to take their work down, please email/contact the group, allowing another artist to take your place if they wish. Members are asked to participate in “Patriotic Theme" for the month of Nov, in honor of Veteran’s Day.

Bloomsburg Fair Booth (Mark Golomb, Chair) Glen requesting those participating members to email Glen ASAP with information concerning your entries, for the purpose of the new intake process of having tags pre-printed prior to intake. Provide your name, title of work, size for 2d, medium, and price. Intake is scheduled for Sept. 16th at Mark Golomb’s house. Dinner Pot Luck and meeting to follow. Arrive prior to 6pm. Artwork MUST BE TAGGED with NMAL art tags prior to loading in vehicles designated for transfer to fair booth. Parking Passes will be distributed at the meeting.
Artwork to be picked up Sunday Sept. 29th between 8-10AM. Any artwork not picked up by 10am will be transported back to Mark Golomb's house for pickup. We will have a new “Receipt From Sales” form. All participants at the fair are asked to attend our meeting on Sept. 16th, to receive briefings. New sections for 3D Art have been purchased to accommodate the 3D entries, and allow each artist their own “space”. Each 2D artist receives 20 sq’ft. Each 3D artist is allowed 5 pieces.
NO ADDITIONAL ARTWORK is to be stored behind the curtain. An easel will be supplied for any 2D artist requiring it for demo. As stated in the contract, all artists participating in the Fair Booth are required to be active in demonstrating for public interest, and engaged with the vast crowds in our booth. Please provide your Business Cards/Class Schedules for distribution. Prints are allowed in print bins, no more than a dozen.
